Previously, Tom led a successful effort to integrate Internet technologies more deeply into Ginn Resorts, a company operating multiple resorts, each with capital assets above $200M. He revolutionized the corporate Internet marketing program, raised web technologies, electronic advertising and overall Internet platform to a world-class level.
